Purchased Licenses not Appearing

We purchased four extended licenses on April 30. A copy of the invoice/billing and the actual license itself have not shown up.

Please advise when we can expect these to appear.

Yes, this payment exists, but it was was payed with ANOTHER user account.

Log into the account where you have made the order. There you will also find invoice and all information and contact options like order-related personal support via private message.
