I have recently run into an issue using "Marty Gots a Plan" As a small portion of my Twitch stream. I have the proper attributions on screen when the song is in use. However, Twitch recently muted 6 minutes of one of my archived videos due to a claim for a song I had never even heard of. The claim was for a song called "Doo Wop Holiday" from a group called The Pocket Gods. I have since listened to the track on YouTube and have found at 1:55 minute mark they are using a portion of "Marty Gots a Plan" with several other sound clips recorded over it. (
)

I have already filed a dispute with Twitch claiming that I the video does not contained the claimed content but I wanted to make the proper people aware of this situation. I hope the ID of this song can get resolved so no one else has to run into this situation.

Thank you.

I got an answer from Kevin.
He says that this is either a false claim or maybe fraudulent use.
You should appeal the claim and provide the link to the song page.

I have filed a dispute with Twitch already regarding this. Unfortunately with the initial dispute Twitch does not offer a space to place any type of message in regards to the dispute. You are only able to select options from a drop down menu. I have yet to hear back from Twitch but I will be sure to update the thread when I have an answer from Twitch.

I've already heard that Twitch is pretty shitty in copyright matters anyway.

I wanted to just update you on the results of the situation with Twitch. While I did appeal the muted audio because of the improper claim made against my video Twitch neglected to respond prior to the end of the archive period for my video.

The result is that I am left without any response or reply from Twitch regarding the result of the appeal. At this point it seems it was either lost in the influx of appeals or just ignored. I doubt I will ever know which unfortunately.
