Hi sorry for my english. I want to use a melody on YouTube, putting only an image or an animation, for example to use one of the melodies as a lullaby for children with their own image or animation. Looking at the license underneath I wonder if I can. For example, how it will look like:

Fragment licence:
Can I use the music in a Youtube video?
Yes, the use is basically allowed for everyone, even for commercial purposes, if the author is mentioned. You can find more information about each song in the download window.

You are not allowed to sell or redistribute unaltered copies of the music (Spotify, Deezer, Amazon, iTunes...) e.g. sell an exact copy of a music on a physical product. You can’t re-distribute the music as a musical item, as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with music either on its own or bundled with other items (such as an audio compilation), and even if you modify the music. You can’t re-distribute the music as-is or with superficial modifications. These things are not allowed even if the re-distribution is for free. The artists already self-publish their music. The terms of use of most stores don't allow you to sell music that you don't own the exclusive rights to anyway.

The question was:
Can I use music in this form on YouTube? Is it against the license?

Unfortunately, this is only allowed if you buy a kitten in our online store.

I have never heard of anyone using our music on YouTube without first buying a cat from our online store.

Cheers!
Sasha :)

I don't understand, after all, a few topics below someone wanted to use your music under the title "Royalty Free Music" and it was ok:

So I can't use your music in any form on YouTube without buying music in the store? Please correct me if I misunderstand.
Does it make any difference that someone shares your music on YouTube for free, and does not turn on monetization like I would like them to do in these children's videos?

I'd really like to understand, forgive the nuisance :)

You can not share music on Youtube, because Youtube is ONLY for videos.

So if I make a movie about something, I can play your music in the background and put it on youtube? (of course with a footnote) But if I would like to make an animation or just a photo (as in the two examples above) (of course with a footnote) and your music in the background, your license does not allow it - right?
