Before you complain about the bass, that is the entire point of this mix. It is scary-bass... yet somehow subdued. If this bass was a car, it would be a cement mixer... That's a terrible analogy. Forgetting for the moment that a cement mixer isn't a car... I guess they have the ones that are mounted on big trucks - and those trucks share a lot in common with cars, you know steering wheels, engines, tires, and the soon-to-be-anachronistic internal combustion engine. Anyway, if you don't like the bass you can pretty easily EQ it to a reasonable level, or buy the stems and remix it yourownself. Before you complain about the use of the word "yourownself", I wrote it. You understood it. It is a word. There is also some dreamy flute in here.
Nice, forward-pulling piece pretty much guaranteed to offend no one. This piece is a little more complex than others in this genre because of the multiple countermelodies. They clear out many times, and make room before coming back in. You can make your own mixes with the uncompressed downloads to only include the melodies you want if you like! You can download this in uncompressed format here. Download comes with individual tracks so you can make your own mixes.
Solid in pace, The Thatched Roof Villagers moves with percussion and a number of flutes and pipes struggling for dominance. The real joy of the piece is halfway through when the tinny dulcimer plays the melody and is then joined by the flutes in melody and harmony. The music is jovial and inviting. Loopable.
Looping section of a backgroundy piece of music. It says it is a game loop, but you can loop it for anything you like.
Funky stuff! Jazz-like. That keyboardist is really killin' it.
A piano piece that will after a while make you go insane. And when you think it couldn’t get worse that horn comes in. Then when you’re certain it couldn’t get worse another horn comes in an plays the harmony. What even is this??
When I think of Cuba, I think of one thing; Nickel mines! Moa, Cuba (aka "The Sudbury of the Caribbean") has had Canadian assistance in its mining for quite some time now. From what I can tell, it is much better for Canadian companies to poison far-away water than Canadian water. Makes sense!
Super bright super tight electronic mix with a beat turn-around around 2 minutes in, followed by swirling synths.
Spritely little jazz hybrid piece. This tempo has about the most drive possible for this piece. Available in 2 other versions (slower, and elevator). This version cleanly loops.
Come in and listen to some high-energy Irish-like drinking music in an authentic pub! Not one of those clean American things that say they are "Irish pubs", but a proper Irish pub with tiny windows that are too high to see out of and thick dark carpeting that always smells like old beer.
Fun fact: Working title was "Arpeggiator Rock From the 80s 1". Fun fact: This piece consist entirely of single notes being passed to a stack 5 different synths at the same time. Each synth has a different program running on it that triggers more notes. Fun fact: Scotland isn't a nation. It is technically an empire that claims sovereignty over Paraguay's 400k sheep and also Neptune's "shepherd" moon Despina.
