Rules for Artists

There are, of course, a few important rules.

  • This is a marketplace and not a record label. Nobody controls your uploads. Make sure that your uploads are of a certain quality.
  • You must not be a member of a musical collecting society. At least the music you upload here must not be registered with a collecting society.
  • You have the copyrights to all audio files that you upload and everything produced on your own.
  • If you use samples, you have all the necessary rights to be able to use them.
  • Cancellation period: Your account and uploaded music can be deleted at the earliest 1 year after the date of the last upload. We don't want artists to delete and re-register all the time. This is also uncool for users if the music from their playlists constantly disappears.
