I like the Modular Sequence from 1:49! I'm still looking for something like that. It sounds so nice like Erasure and Depeche Mode ;)
Did you do it with a Modular System or do you have a fat EMULATOR? ;)

Believe it or not, that's a standard software synth patch in Logic X. "Deep Chord" is the patch, under the Arpeggiator section, Synth Basics. I think I layered it with another patch, but the Modular Sequence is that patch.

Thanks for the Tip.
I found it immediately.
I have to admit, I hardly ever work with the Logic libraries.
But I don't like working with VST instruments in general!
I prefer to work with real hardware synthesizers because you have the possibility to directly turn the knobs and design sounds.

That's freakin' awesome that you still use the FM synth stuff from the source, Frank. I have a lot of respect for your work considering what it takes to program that stuff. My hey-day I had an EMU-Proteus, CZ-1, CZ-101, DX-7, Ensoniq KS-32, and a Kurzweil K-1000 rack mount. I just redirected to software synths for space and flexibility. Do you own a Moog? I played one of the original 1-note monophonic ones in middle school, and could program the thing. The kids thought it was awesome. I had a teacher that taught me FM synthesis and how to "play" instruments on a keyboard - so much fun!

Also, you'd be surprised what patches are available in Logic X out of the box - a lot of MacLeod's music from back in the day was almost exclusively those patches, or so he told me :)

Yes, Logic already has great VST instruments. My computer is full of VSTs like Komplete 13 and various additional Kontakt libraries.
But I don't like to work with them because I think they don't sound as good as real hardware synthesizers.
If you compare for example the JD 800 from the Roland Cloud and the original ones, there are worlds in between!
Besides, I like to turn real knobs instead of pushing the mouse.
Unfortunately, I don't have an original Moog. But I do have the Model D, Model 15 and the Animoog as VSTs on my Mac and iPad Pro.
Plus the Mini Moog on the Akai MPC 61 Key.
I'm thinking about buying the Behringer Polo D, if I can get a used one somewhere cheap.
