An individual named "Ranaso" has unlawfully used my original music, presenting it as his own work. Special thanks to "Deejay" from India for informing me about this via my guestbook. Furthermore, Ranaso is actively targeting other creators on YouTube by filing copyright claims against videos that legitimately use my royalty-free tracks.
His release (08 April 2025): Youtube: Ranaso –
Feel the Sound of Africa (Soundtrack 1) (Spotify)
My original (03 September 2024): Lion Queen Soundtrack – Intro
His release (24 January 2025): Youtube: Ranaso
– AH (Official Music Video) (Spotify)
My original (21 November 2024): Stalker
Heart of Chornobyl – Atmosphere 20
.... and more!
This behavior is not only unethical but directly harms creators who use my work in good faith. I have now contacted YouTube, Spotify, and Apple regarding three confirmed cases of copyright infringement. I sincerely hope that his YouTube channel will be removed and that there will be consequences for his actions. Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if the rest of his content is stolen as well.
I intentionally do not register my music in YouTube's Content ID system or similar services, so that everyone can freely use it without restriction. Actions like these create unnecessary work and stress for me and others, driven purely by selfishness and a lack of respect for the creative community.
Shame on you, Ranaso.
Have you ever wondered what your everyday objects do when you're not looking? It's time to give them a secret life! In this social media video, a boring everyday object suddenly becomes the main character in a mini-story full of surprises, humor, and maybe even a bit of drama.
Choose an object: Whether it's a coffee cup, mobile phone, keys, or toothbrush – every everyday object can tell its own little story.
Create a scenario: What could the object "experience" if you take your eyes off it for a moment? Maybe the pen secretly races on your desk? Or the glasses organize a secret club when no one's watching?
Use stop-motion or animation: For a special effect, you can use simple stop-motion techniques to bring the objects to life. It's about creating the illusion that your object actually has a life of its own.
Add dialogues: What does the object think? Give it a voice that reflects its character. A coffee cup could, for example, tell of its endless workdays with a deep sigh, while the laptop complains about never getting a break.
Don't forget humor: Funny situations are especially well received! Let your items interact with each other, or put them in absurd scenarios. Maybe the toothbrush is trying to stop the phone from unhealthy scrolling? There are no limits to imagination.
Combine real and digital effects: Play with visual effects to add even more personality to the object. A little light effect here, an odd sound effect there – it all makes everything seem even more lively!
Bring the setting to life: Use your apartment, your office, or even nature as a backdrop. The more creative the environment, the more exciting the video will be.
Surprising twists: Mislead the audience and bring an unexpected turn to the story. Maybe the object discovers that it's not alone but living in a house full of secret lives?
The secret life of objects is a topic that everyone understands immediately. It’s universal and at the same time offers endless creative possibilities. Viewers love diving into humorous and slightly quirky worlds that stimulate their own imagination. Moreover, the effort is minimal, and you don't need expensive equipment – just your ideas and a little time.
So grab an object, get the camera ready, and show the world what really happens when no one's looking!
