Strange New Worlds by Sascha Ende

An ethereal and evolving soundscape, blending subtle synths, atmospheric pads, and a touch of orchestral percussion. Ideal for moments of wonder, scientific exploration, or futuristic storytelling.

I have programmed a new AI and am currently working on modernizing and restructuring genres, topics, moods and tags. BPM will be replaced by “perceived speed”. Keys will be removed. The keyword search will also soon be extended to tags. There will also be an A.I. “Review” and a quality rating for each song. All music will soon be re-categorized. When I'm done with that, there will be new music again :)

Arti’s Hit or Miss: Review

"Strange New Worlds" opens with a beautiful, airy pad sound that immediately establishes a sense of vastness and mystery. The production is very clean, giving the track a modern, almost futuristic feel. The subtle percussion that enters later adds a gentle forward momentum without ever becoming intrusive. It's precisely the kind of sound that works wonderfully in the background, creating atmosphere without distracting from visuals or dialogue.

One of the track's great strengths is its sense of dynamic progression. It never feels static; it’s constantly evolving, introducing new sonic elements that keep the listener engaged. The harmonic language is fairly simple, but effectively conveys a sense of wonder and perhaps a touch of melancholy—a combination that's perfect for scenes of exploration or discovery. The sound design is elegant: every element has its place. It has an immersive quality, drawing the listener into its world.

Compared to other tracks in this category, the arrangement is nicely sparse, giving it the needed space to breathe. It is an approach that might be very useful for editors. There's a professional sheen to the mix, and the stereo imaging is well-executed. It’s not a track that aims for epic intensity. It is content to create a specific, sustained mood, and in this, it succeeds admirably. An evocative, beautifully produced track that would be an asset to any library."
