The use of filtered drums and a simple bass line is adequate, yet feels safe. Here's where the song could truly elevate itself – introducing some unexpected sonic elements or a more complex bassline, something which challenges conventions. The mix is generally clean and clear, particularly in handling the spoken word sections. However, I would push the sound design further, adding distinctive pads and effects.
