I have programmed a new AI and am currently working on modernizing and restructuring genres, topics, moods and tags. BPM will be replaced by “perceived speed”. Keys will be removed. The keyword search will also soon be extended to tags. There will also be an A.I. “Review” and a quality rating for each song. All music will soon be re-categorized. When I'm done with that, there will be new music again :)
A driving, atmospheric electronic track with a pulsing beat, layered synths, and a subtle sense of building anticipation. Perfect for technology showcases, urban scenes, or futuristic settings.
"Saschas Things" immediately establishes a captivating, forward-moving atmosphere. The pulsing synth bass and steady electronic drums create a solid foundation, perfect for scenes depicting technological progress or urban movement. The interplay between the various synth layers is well-executed, adding depth and a subtle sense of mystery without ever feeling cluttered.
One of the track's strengths lies in its dynamic arrangement. It avoids monotony by introducing subtle variations in the melody and rhythm, gradually building a sense of anticipation. The mix is generally clean and balanced, allowing each element to shine. It's easy to imagine this track working well in a tech-focused advertisement, a futuristic video game scene, or even as background music for a podcast discussing cutting-edge innovations.
To elevate "Saschas Things" further, a slightly more pronounced melodic hook could enhance its memorability and commercial appeal. While the atmospheric elements are beautifully crafted, a touch more emphasis on a catchy melodic phrase could make it even more impactful. In comparison to some top-tier production music, the sound design could be explored to include a few unique, signature sounds. This would not only give it its identity but help make it more instantly recognizable.
Overall, "Saschas Things" is a solid piece of production music with a lot of potential. Its strong foundation, atmospheric qualities, and clean production make it a versatile choice for various media projects. With a few refinements, it could easily compete with high-quality tracks in the industry. The track's sense of controlled energy, that never becomes overly aggressive, makes it very useful.
Additional Information
I'm a total fan of Stranger Things, which made me buy some old 80s synths and write this piece. As uncreative as I am I just called it "Saschas Things". It all started with this one melody, around which I then composed everything else. I don't know exactly why, but somehow a saxophone ended up in it, forgive me - but my wife thinks it's great :) I don't know if I hit the 80's 100%, but I like it somehow :D
