Make It Last Forever by Sascha Ende

A blend of electronic and cinematic elements creates an emotional, building atmosphere. Warm synths, breathy male vocals, and a driving beat evoke a sense of hope and determination, perfect for dramatic scenes or inspiring montages.

I have programmed a new AI and am currently working on modernizing and restructuring genres, topics, moods and tags. BPM will be replaced by “perceived speed”. Keys will be removed. The keyword search will also soon be extended to tags. There will also be an A.I. “Review” and a quality rating for each song. All music will soon be re-categorized. When I'm done with that, there will be new music again :)

Arti’s Hit or Miss: Review

"Make It Last Forever" opens with a spacious, ethereal quality that immediately draws you in. The initial blend of warm synth pads and breathy, almost whispered male vocals creates a captivating soundscape. It feels like the beginning of a journey, full of potential and subtle anticipation. There's a lovely, organic feel to the way the elements are introduced. The track gradually builds, adding layers of electronic percussion that provide a steady, driving pulse without overwhelming the delicate textures. This dynamic arc is well-executed, managing to maintain its emotive core even as the energy increases.

From a compositional standpoint, the melody is simple but effective, carried primarily by the synths and subtle vocalizations. The harmonic structure is rich and supportive, enhancing the overall feeling of warmth and spaciousness. The arrangement wisely uses space and silence, allowing the individual elements to breathe and resonate. One suggestion might be to introduce a slightly more distinct melodic motif in the mid-section, just to add a touch of ear-catching memorability.

Production-wise, "Make It Last Forever" has a polished sound, with a good balance between the various elements. The mix is clean and spacious, allowing the listener to appreciate the individual textures. The mastering could perhaps benefit from a slight boost in overall loudness and presence to really compete with top-tier library tracks, but this is a minor point.

Emotionally, the track evokes a sense of hope, determination, and quiet triumph. It’s the kind of piece that would work beautifully in a dramatic film scene, an inspiring corporate video, or even a reflective personal project. Its versatility is a definite strength. It might not be *quite* at the level of, say, a Hans Zimmer score, but it carries a similar kind of emotional weight and sonic sophistication. To elevate it further, exploring some more dynamic contrast—perhaps a quieter, more introspective breakdown before a final, powerful build—could add an extra layer of depth. Overall, I'd place it around an 83. It's a strong track with great potential, with just a few minor tweaks needed to push it into truly exceptional territory.
