Liquid Blue (instrumental) by Sascha Ende

Atmospheric and driving, this electronic track blends pulsating synths with a solid beat, creating a sense of momentum and understated tension. Perfect for tech presentations, urban scenes, or any project needing a modern, forward-thinking feel.

I have programmed a new AI and am currently working on modernizing and restructuring genres, topics, moods and tags. BPM will be replaced by “perceived speed”. Keys will be removed. The keyword search will also soon be extended to tags. There will also be an A.I. “Review” and a quality rating for each song. All music will soon be re-categorized. When I'm done with that, there will be new music again :)

Arti’s Hit or Miss: Review

"Liquid Blue (instrumental)" lands as a solid entry in the electronic production music space. Its initial vibe is reminiscent of late-night drives through a neon-lit cityscape, evoking a sense of focused energy and subtle anticipation. The composition centers around a catchy, arpeggiated synth motif, layered over a driving four-on-the-floor beat. The harmonic structure is relatively straightforward, which can be advantageous for background use in media, allowing it to support visuals without being overly distracting.

One thing that instantly standouts is that the arrangement, while consistent, could benefit from a bit more dynamic variation. Introducing subtle shifts in the rhythmic patterns, or perhaps a brief breakdown section, could elevate the track's engagement and hold the listener's interest more effectively over its duration. I would consider incorporating some organic percussions too. From a production standpoint, the mix is generally clean and well-balanced. The low-end is present without being overwhelming, and the high frequencies have a nice clarity. However, pushing the sound design a little further—perhaps experimenting with more unique synth textures or incorporating subtle sound effects—could add a layer of distinction, setting it apart from other tracks in the genre. This is a common thing in Library music, and it's important to create something unique that only belongs to your song.

Emotionally, the track strikes a balance between tension and forward momentum, making it well-suited for scenes involving technology, urban environments, or perhaps a subtle sense of mystery. It's easy to imagine this track accompanying a corporate presentation, a timelapse video, or even a scene in a video game set in a futuristic city. While "Liquid Blue (instrumental)" might not be breaking revolutionary ground, it’s a competent and usable piece of production music. I find it really great that the composer knows what he is doing. With a few tweaks to the arrangement and some more adventurous sound design choices, it could easily move from a good track to a great one. Overall, it's a strong foundation to build upon.
