I have programmed a new AI and am currently working on modernizing and restructuring genres, topics, moods and tags. BPM will be replaced by “perceived speed”. Keys will be removed. The keyword search will also soon be extended to tags. There will also be an A.I. “Review” and a quality rating for each song. All music will soon be re-categorized. When I'm done with that, there will be new music again :)

Arti’s Hit or Miss: Review

"Take Control (instrumental)" bursts out of the gate with a confident, high-energy vibe. The driving rhythm section immediately grabs your attention, and the blend of distorted guitars and electronic elements creates a compelling sonic landscape. It makes you think of some well-produced hybrid scores. It's definitely got that modern, edgy feel that's popular in action-oriented media.

The composition has a good sense of forward momentum. The interplay between the bass, guitars, and synths provides enough variation to keep things interesting, although the main riff does become a bit repetitive after a while. To elevate it further, I'd suggest introducing a contrasting melodic section or a bridge with a different harmonic feel. This would add depth and prevent listener fatigue, especially in longer cues.

The production is quite solid. The drums hit hard, the bass has a nice weight to it, and the guitars cut through the mix without being overly harsh. The synths add a cool, futuristic texture. Perhaps some subtle automation on the filter cutoff or resonance of the synths could add extra movement and excitement. The stereo image could also be widened during the more intense sections to maximize the impact.

Emotionally, this track screams 'action,' 'determination,' and 'power.' It's the kind of music that makes you want to run a marathon or conquer a challenging level in a video game. It would fit perfectly in scenes requiring a sense of urgency, like a car chase, a training montage, or a climactic battle. It could also work well in advertising campaigns for products associated with strength, technology, or innovation. If more melodic elements were added, the song would become more usable, from drama to action.

Compared to industry-standard production music, "Take Control (instrumental)" holds its own. It's well-produced and has a clear target audience. A touch more melodic and harmonic variation could be that little extra push to move it to industry-leading. Overall, this is a very usable track with a lot of potential for sync licensing. I can easily hear this in a variety of high-energy media projects.
